"If I have special requirements for my clothes, how do I notify someone?"

If you would like us to use fabric softener, dry your clothes on low, use bleach or any other requests - just simply write them out when you place your order via text. Remember, a human actually takes your order so you can just tell them your all clothing care desires.

"Is there a minimum pick-up amount for Wash & Fold?"

Yes. The minimum pick-up amount is $20 or 14lbs. If laundry is below the minimum, you will simply be charged for the $20 minimum.

"How do I place an order?"

"What is the turnaround time for Wash & Fold?"

The typical turnaround time is 24 hours. Making sure your clothes are washed correctly and neatly folded is our priority; but if we happen to have more loads of clothes than we can process without sacrificing quality and can't get your clothes to you in 24 hours we will let you know with ample time and make right any inconvenience this may cause you. This situation is very, very unlikely but just in case we will make it right.

"Can my clothes be picked up or delivered if I am not home?"

Of course! If you're not home, notify a team member on the location you'd prefer for your pickup or drop off. With the use of contactless pickups and deliveries, it is especially important to notify us where you'd prefer to have your items left and with whom!

Examples: Leave in front of apartment door/household door, front desk of apartment complex, side porch, or with a doorman.

"I would like Hamper Dash to automatically charge my credit card but is it safe?"

Absolutely! We have partnered with Square, a premier online payment processor that ensures your information is secured. When you enter your credit card information, we don't actually have access to this information. The payment processors encrypt your information in their PCi complaint systems and when we need to bill you we just tell them how much and they take care of the rest.

"How do I update my information, like change of address or to change the credit card?"

Call our customer service number or email us at wecare@hamperdash.com and let us know what you need to update and we will assist you with the simple process.

"How do I enter a coupon code/promo code that I received?

Just text the coupon code when you place your order. For example, a text to us can look like: "Pick-up my laundry on Tuesday between 4-5pm. Coupon Code: BIRTHDAY10". We will apply the coupon code to your order when it's billed.

That simple.

"How do I have my clothes picked up or delivered somewhere else?

Just let us know when you place your order or schedule the delivery of your clothes. As long as it's in Westchester County, we can pick it up or deliver it. *If the delivery is more than 2 miles from the pick-up location, a surcharge of $3 per mile applies within Westchester county.

"I have sensitive skin, what kind of detergent do you use?"

We use high end HypoAllergenic Soap without Phospahates, Chlorine, or other unpleasant ingredients. It's also a Green Friendly biodegradable detergent that is not only good for the environment but also great to preserve your clothes!
